The Order of the Planes-Militant are a sect dedicated to the protection and defenses of Mount Celestia, which they see as a mighty fortress. Members raid the lower planes, fight evil and chaos within neutral boundary territories like Mechanus and Acheron, and expand their holdings by shifting territory over from Arcadia and the Outlands.
