Fretter's Fetters and Fritters is a business that occupied the same location that had previously been the Tower Sorcerous. In the centuries since the Tower vanished, the empty lot had eventually proved a tempting location, and a business erected.
Fretter's was destroyed when the Tower Sorcerous recently re-appeared.
